Have you considered adding 8th and maybe even 9th stars to the levels? It will probably require some Asm to do but if you got it working in the hack it would look great!

No but there are people on this board who do know how to ASM hack so maybe ask someone like Fiachara or Sparsite. They may be able to get into it for ya.

Of all the people who have attempted this hack, this looks like the best attempt I've seen. I think you are going to be able to pull this off if you stay determined(All Undertale jokes aside). Needless to say it looks fantastic so far! Also I love the spin jump!

Is there going to be any sort of custom gravity in this level? I mean if it's located on the moon I feel like you should do something of the sort. Either way the level looks really nice so far!

EDIT: I just got done testing the demo out on my R4 Card and it froze at the title screen.

I'm having some weird collision problem. When I usually import a custom model I give it a scaling of 90 and and ingame size preview of 0.08. But for this one it's not working I just walk right through the model. I'm replacing this model if it helps to know: [image]

I re-textured Bowser but now when I enter the fight, it freezes. Any ideas? Also try making the model WAY bigger or smaller.

Well I re-imported it and I got some mixed results to say the least.
The first texture of eyes replaced perfectly fine but the ones after that gave me this error with every one of them: [image] Not to mention the fact that when I entered the battle it didn't freeze! But I had no controls and bowser was kinda stuck here in his normal animation: [image]
Also when I entered the battle I saw a weird red block that isn't there in the editor. Needless to say I have some problems here. Btw this is imported into a new rom.
EDIT: well I tried it over another rom and that one froze, then I tried once more on yet another clean rom. And this time I didn't even bother changing the eyes for whatever reason. But this is what I got:

When you open your model in the level importer, you should see this in the bottom left corner:

When you see what you named your water, you need to give it a value other than 0. So just give it like 1 or something as long as it's not huge. Then click "Assign Types" and import your level. Once that's done go into the CLPS Editor and go under the number you assigned the water to: http://imgur.com/a/4lfl5

In my case I chose 1 so I went to 1 and I clicked the "Type/Description" of 1: [image]
Click it and locate "Water". Once you have water selected, close the CLPS editor save your level. You are done. The same is done when you want to import such things like lava, quicksand, hills, etc. If there is a part I did not make clear let me know. I'm more than happy to help! :D Also not to backseat moderator by any means. But I think you are supposed to post such questions in the SM64DS help thread.

That actually happened to me the other day. And it went away when I closed and re-opened the editor. Maybe try doing that.

EDIT: Did you hit enter after you selected the correct terrain? If so then it's an editor problem and try downloading a more recent version if you don't have it already.

Unfortunately i couldn't make texture animations working.

You probably didn't write the correct material name in. Open your .mtl file in notepad and look at the name of it. Copy what it says in the .mtl file into the "Material Name" box and try that.
