Yea that is really strange...

I double and triple checked if the sprites are correctly written to the header and they are.

Defenetly needs investigation.

Since Imnotstaple already showed it, here is the Wii Airship tileset for NSMB2, I did:

Well, I rescaled the tileset with gimp without any alignment. CK did the aligns itself :)

Correct.

NSMBW tiles are 24x24, NSMB2's are 20x20.

That's why I am skeptical about NSMBU hacking: My skills to create O.K. tilesets even for 20x20 tiles are mostly too bad :P

@Imnotstaple Look at the pdf where you also downloaded the coverter exe :P

I redid the Level Area Managment, allowing us to open the same level in different windows:

Also the possibility to edit (progress-) paths is now there:

It works when you replace all '\' with '/'.

Like this:

sendfile('z://NSMB2/romfs/Course/1-1.sarc', '/NSMB2/Course/1-1.sarc')

Done. Now the comment is shown when ever you hover over a field.

That NTR debugger is stupid as hell.
That send file thing would be usefull if the 3ds wouldn't diconnect every 3 minutes, requiring a reboot for NTR to work again.

If you are on latest FW and want homebrew download SmileBASIC from the eShop.

Only USA+JAP regions tho.

Because the internal files are named still like they used to be.

I might add a messagebox that regognices wrongly named files in tilesets and then renames them properly.

Oh, and don't wonder about no progress in the following two weeks. Im in Sicily currently.
But I'm defenetly planning to release CoinKiller in the 4 weeks after I'm back home.

Well, a Sarc is a file container. Those strings you see there are the filenames of the child files in the Sarc.

@SaturnYoshi The internal files are named like the tileset names with some addions. When Ck loads a tileset and the internal file is not existing, it crashes.

@TMolter A fully working tileset editor is already included. And I don't think that skawo is interested into working on 3 hacks simultaniously.

Why not make something original instead of redoing NSMBW?

Why should I play levels made for a big screen, specifically for different powerups on a a small screen with strange trys to come the original as close as possible.

Also I imaginge that remaking levels is kinda boring...

Are you sure that you selected the entire romfs folder?

If yes, are you sure that your romfs folder contains the Course and Unit folders.
And don't try opening dlc levels if the Course folder does not contain the dlc folder.

Mine is a SNES. Got it for 5€ at a Garage sale even with the original package, Super Mario World and the Super Gameboy.

I also have two original Game Boys with a shitton of games from my parents.

Firmware 9.9.0 is not working with any CFWs. You need to downgrade your 3ds to firmware 9.2.0.

Then you need to create an EmuNand partition on your sd and then you can launch a cfw like Luma3ds.

There are plenty tutorials on YouTube which explain all necessary steps. Just follow them and you are fine.

Just search for NSMB2 and you will find the title ids of the different versions.
