you can't, installing the homebrew channel requires an SD card, which the Wii Mini doesn't have. any other options like wifi don't exist, and even if they did there is no wifi on the wii mini. the usb port also isn't natively recognized by the wii either.

a wii mini typically is about 70 dollars. if you return it to where you buy it, that's 70 dollars that can go towards another purchase of a wii which actually has homebrew support.
