Text hacking-

any numskull can open them

Music hacking-

BRSTM files, but no BRSAR...

Level hacking-

they're LZ10 compressed files, that open with the SZS modifier once decompressed. Hmn... we know what to edit but not how

.bin files that start as somewhat difined, but turn into gibberish.

This means they're compressed. First thing to do is finding out how to decompress them.

They're LZ10 compressed U8 archives. I've already managed to decompress one. Google a LZ10 decompressor.

You can't edit bin files first of all.

Ah, LZ compression. I use crystaltile2. Skyward Sword also uses LZ compression.

Like I said, they're LZ10 compressed U8 archives. Once decompressed, there's level data inside.

Here's one of them: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ggj6i897kqaet4c/aa1_01.bin

I forget where it's from, but I know that it's decompressed. Use a tool like SZS Explorer to extract its files.

To recompress it, search for DSDecmp. It's a command line program.

yea... what makes it hard is the 3d feature (we have no idea what it does, what it is, etc. (at least I don't))

It's probably just a setting on an object.
