For SMSDS, you'll be better off, getting a SuperCard DSTWO, as I'm not sure, if 3DS Flash Cards can Run DS ROMs.

If your 3DS is on a Firmware between 4.1 and 4.5, then for MK7 Hacks, it's better to Install a Custom Firmware.
The Custom Firmware method is free, and has more Support from MK7 Hackers (because more of those are known with this method).
