I think that window runs the whole program. So, I don't think that's a good idea to do... ____________________ a |

Here's something else that would be really hard or impossible, even, to implement.
The ability to create new planets right from the editor. Not complex models, just basic polyhedrons like spheres, pyramids, and cubes, complete with collision and size adjusters. No textures included. This would be used as a base template for more complex, textured models. Than you would just place the appropriate gravity tile. I just think this feature would be time-alleviating in the long run. Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

Note I said it would probably be impossible. Just worth a shot. Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

It's not impossible, it's just going to be a pain
It will take a while..that's for sure. ____________________ a |

Just placing an untextured sphere? ....Wow. I guess I'll take your word for it. Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

Well it involves the texture coordinates, faces, polygon, exporting, making, and converting. (Even a fucking boatload of OpenTK (Or GL. Depends.)
That's about.......almost a long period of coding to do. ____________________ a |

I know a little bit of basic. Does that count for anything? |

Here's an idea, is it possible to combine editors together to make one big editor? |

Might I suggest an Orbit option similar to Toad's Tool 64? Once enabled, the camera will center itself and follow your current selection. The user will be able to "orbit" around the object and zoom in/out of it. This makes things a lot easier IMO.
EDIT: I have one more suggestion: A "Drop to Ground" option where the object moves itself to the nearest polygon in the Y Axis. |

Yeah, he plans to add better cameras in the next version but I totally agree on having both an orbit and pan tool, because then I can navigate like in sketchup which seems really familiar to me. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Posted by NWPlayer123 Yeah, that's probably the only thing that I don't like about Whitehole. How you can't orbit around like in sketchup. I suggested this to Mega-Mario a long time ago, but I don't think he ever gave me a reply. ____________________

Yeah. Whitehole is good as it is (a big step up from Anarchy), but the cameras are an issue. ____________________

Bumping for a reason. Is it possible to add support for custom filenames, like in Reggie? For example, instead of replacing planets to have them load in Whitehole, you could choose a custom planet filename from your ObjectData and have it load in Whitehole.
Would it require a code to function in game, or can that be done through an XML? Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

You don't have to... just add the file with the others it is reading from, rename an object, and it loads. We probably aren't going to make it fancy until we port the importers. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Suggestions:
1. Not having to extract the iso- just select it when you open the program and you can edit it. 2. Save As button. ____________________ Can you burn a Luigi board? |
