First, this is just for awareness, Hykem is in progress of using Yellows8's MP4 hack to get full iosU control on latest firmware, and it does include 5.5.1.

Welcome to my life, on my late 2006 imac, shutting it off and turning it back on shows the ? folder icon, and if it wasnt for my rEFInd boot menu it would never boot, as the mac thinks theres nothing...
