How did you get custom music in level without the game crashing? ive only been able to do it on the title screen and world map!

ANYTHING? ANYTHING AT ALL THAT CAN CONVERT .ARCS INTO .ARC.LH???
IVE TRIED SO MANY PROGRAMS AND NOTHING WORKS. WHY IS NEWER SUCH A PAIN.
i think im going insane. ive been searching for something that can help me for 2 hours now. god damn it. EDIT 2 HOURS LATER: NVM FOUND IT ITS CALL LHTOOLS!
