will you be able to import the poltergust 3000 to freeze and stun enemies?

The only thing I'd say is to use the AKAIO firmware (there's a link on the AceKard website).

The flash cart's very simple to use, any firmware installation has easy-to-follow steps and then all you need to do is copy your ROM's on to the micro SD card. Once you boot into the flash cart on your DS you'll be able to browse the SD card file system and select a ROM and run it.
