Are you sure you packed all the files correctly?
You should have JRE7 installed.

Well, you could run a script that dumps the ObjectData for both games. Because that includes all the objects and states they are in (EX: AttackRockBreak, WoodboxBreak, etc)

We finally did it!
We have more objects Fully Documented than Not documented at all! (Green is better than red)
This wouldn't be possible without Peardian,shibboleet,Arisotura,NWPlayer123,and Glem3

I have just resumed research of SMS Level format and how objects are placed. What I've figured out is everything is stored in .rel files in the map folder with the scene. I opened it and realised that every single object has a Manager. (Except for a couple of areas. Like AreaCylinder and camera info)
I have still yet to find how the coordinates are used, but I've come close to it.
The Shine Palace is reopening soon, though.
More info to come soon.
Don't expect an editor for about 3 months or more (5?) because research takes time.

I feel stupid now.
Turns out, I typed this on my phone, and it isn't in the .ral file. It's in the map.bin file.

It's everything. If you save a file in anarchy and replace it in ObjectData with the folder you use for Whitehole, it doesn't even open it in whitehole.

Aren't you using A mac? Doesn't whitehole like, not work on macs? Or did Arisotura add support for that?

Turns out, we have been using NON motion cameras. A motion camera still shows the animations of objects around the area. The ones we have been using do not use this option. It freezes everything except the object we want it to focus on.
Well, I have found the Motion Camera, and got it working perfectly. :3

Where would we need a motion camera?
We would use a motion camera whenever an object or planet is appearing with a switch.
Things that would NOT need a motion camera:
-Launch Star Appearing
-Powerup Appearing
