Mario and friends have come together this holiday season to celebrate the holidays with a Christmas party! However, Bowser has shown up and stolen all of the Christmas decorations and everyone's holiday spirit! Can you help the Mario crew stop Bowser and save this Christmas from falling apart?

The Koopa Who Stole Christmas is a MAJOR community hack led by me that was built off of a handful of levels made by a number of users in the SM64DS Hacking community! There are over 10 full levels in this hack, and they feature everything including custom cutscenes, custom music, custom movement, custom enemies, custom objects, custom bosses, new features, and so much more! This is a full hack that takes roughly 8 hours to beat. Expect almost a full 3D Mario game worth of content.

Every part of this project was crafted with care and I hope you all are pleasantly surprised by all the new things that await you on this holiday themed journey!

Download is in the description of this release video. Be sure to check back on it frequently as we have been doing post release updates every few days!

Update 4/7/24: Version 1.1.1 is now released!

Pumpkin Hill DS is a port of Pumpkin Hill from Sonic Adventure 2 into Super Mario 64 DS that I made for the Super Mario 64 DS Hacking Discord's 2023 Halloween themed hacking competition. It features 8 stars to collect, minor object changes like turning coins into rings, custom music, and a fully playable Knuckles character with cool Knuckles voice lines to play the whole thing with. Some of his voice lines I included are a bit harder to find than others. Can you find them all? To help you navigate this tricky map, there are warp pipes that make use of Pants64's intra-level warp code as well as infinite wing cap flight made by SplattyDS.

I hope you enjoy this short but sweet little Halloween themed hack I threw together in about a month. Thanks for checking it out!

BUG REPORT: catching the cap-stealing rabbit on mission 1 of The Lost Valley as Yellow Yoshi crashes the game the instant Yoshi catches the rabbit, due to him not wearing a cap. Great hack nevertheless.

Thanks for letting us know. We will look into fixing it for the next update we put out.

When you Google search "Super Mario 64 DS Hacks" this forum is still the first place that pops up, so we still see it as a valuable asset for those of us who are still creating and releasing hacks.
