Hi. i'm want to edit the melty monster galaxy but i don't know what the file name for it is. can someone tell me please?

In version 1.1 of whitehole there is a bug where when you delete an object you cannot move the in-editor camera. and you can still see the object you deleted. is there any way to fix this or do i have to wait for the next update? |

So i'm editing the beat block galaxy and i have moved the block where you start back a bit AND the last point of the fly in. and when i load the galaxy, if you don't skip the fly in you'll just hover in the air until you force mario/luigi into a death boundary. and if you skip the fly in bit, then you start in the middle of nowhere and have to hit a death boundary before respawning (correctly). does anyone know how i can fix this? |

I remember seeing a video on youtube where someone had figured out how to get 4 marios in a galaxy at once.
I tried doing it myself (just 2 marios) but it didn't work (only one mario appeared like normal). I duplicated spawn point 0 and moved it slightly. Do any of you guys know how to do it? |

So i downloaded the template for making custom galaxies and i made a backup of the original Flip-Swap Galaxy. I found that my level was crashing SMG2 when i tried to load it and i wanted to look in the original level to see why it was crashing (I think its something to do with the flip panels). So i moved out my custom level and put the original one back in. When i come to look in the level in whitehole, the galaxy (RedBlueExGalaxy, which is what the level folder is called) doesn't show up in the list. Does anyone know whats happening here?
EDIT: just realized that whitehole for some reason has put the galaxy at the bottom of the list instead of it's plae alphabetically. |

I'm currently in the process of making my own level for SMG2 using the template made by MrRean.
I have added in a couple of Flip-Swap Platforms, but for some reason when Mario/Luigi Spins the platforms don't switch. I also copied the properties exactly(eg. Obj_args)(except the object ID) from one of the flip-swap platforms from the original Flip-swap galaxy. Does anyone know why they're not flipping? |

I tried adding it in (I'm assuming the object your referring to is called Reverse Sync Switch) and replicating its properties from the original flip swap but it didn't seem to change anything. |

Posted by Silver Thanks. I've just added it in but the game crashes when i try to load the level. According to the Object database SpinSwitchArea is linked via SW_A. Does this mean that if the flip switch panels' SW_A=10, then that the SpinSwitchArea's SW_A=9 (or is it 10/11)? Also, does it need to have a certain x/y/z away from the flip switches? and finally will it not work if i insert it into the general objects section and it needs to be in another section such as Gravity? Edit: I've been looking into the galaxies that supposedly contain SpinSwitchArea according to the object database. But i can't find it in any of them. |

Posted by jjesss064 I think you might have got the wrong end of the stick. I can't find the object SpinSwitchArea in any galaxy. But according to the object database on this site. there are at least 4 galaxies that contain SpinSwitchAres |

Posted by Luigi what/where is AreaObjInfo. By the way i'm using whitehole and not anarchy if it makes any difference to the solution. EDIT: just updated to whitehole v1.2 and i can see the SpinSwitchArea object under "Areas" (in the original Flip-Switch) but i can't seem to add it in to my level as when i go to add the object in, there is no option to add it in to the "Areas" Category. When i found SpinSwitchArea in ChompWorks, it's SW_A appeared to equal " EDIT2: Just realised that i can't add SpinSwitchArea without Anarchy. I think i've got it sorted now. Does it need to be a certain size or a certain place, or can it be put anywhere? |

In "Anarchy in the galaxy" I put in an object called DeathArea in AreaObjInfo, I gave it an ID and I set it's AreaShapeNo to 0.
BUT when I come to edit the galaxy in whitehole, whitehole doesn't seem to be able to open the galaxy. I added in the SpinSwitchArea via Anarchy and everything was fine. Can anyone tell me where i've gone wrong |
