Yep. My laptop can't actually render this smoothly.

I kinda like your GUI style... But custom titlebar? Why? It'd be way better to juse use the system's title bar.

Also, what does it run on? What's it written in? Will you release the source code?

Well, then I have some questions...

- Why would you make a launcher for mostly cross-platform apps only run on Windows?
- Why would you shit XMLs all over the place, or let alone use XML files at all? A simple comma-separated format should be more than sufficient for a simple package manager.
- What are you gonna do about dependencies? Some tools require Java, others Python, etc. Will you check for these and install them or something?

Either way, a better packaging system should be used.
For example, a repository could be one folder containing archives of the tools, for instance whitehole-1.0.zip, then (since you love XML so much, let's say) you have an XML file containing information on the specific packages.
[source=xml]

Stable
A repository of stable versions of tools

whitehole

Whitehole -- an editor for Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2
1.0
whitehole-1.0.zip

anarchy

<!-- ... -->

[/source]
You would have these in a directory structure like this:
[source]
/
stable/
whitehole-1.0.zip
anarchy-1.1.zip
beta/
whitehole-git823432sda2384923.zip
...
stable.xml
beta.xml[/source]

The tool, when checking for updates would then download the latest versions of the reposito(y's|ies') databases, check the locally installed packages' versions, compare them to the versions ccurrently in the repo and update the local packages if needed.

Doesn't .NET's standard libraries let you read XML files?

(I have never used .NET, but I thought it did)

Never did I show off this little thing I made, at least I don't think so.

It changes color... Yay!

Some comments from using this layout on a phone...
- The text is a little too small
- Space things out more, it's way too cluttered in places (new markers for instance)
- Maybe prevent zooming as it's annoying when selecting text boxes
- Page links are TINY
- Breadcrumbs and page links need improvements as they are currently...rather broken.
- Even though you don't like this, use more icons, this is better than text on narrow screens.

Also, the top navigation really SUCKS. Some JavaScriot could be used here to hide navigation/user links behind touchable buttons.

What I mean with preventing zooming is for textareas, when selecting a textarea on Android (in Chrome), the page zooms making it harder to get an overwiev of what you are typing.

Here is an examplw of clutter. I can't quickly scan this listing like I can pn the desktop version, suggestions:
- kill the second column with fire
- space rows more
- put 'new' markers in a separate column
- improve page links (I'll elaborate more on this when I'm not on a touch keyboard, I got some ideas)

Now that I'm at it, posting needs to be improved greatly.
- The text box should be on a page that you can't scroll
- the post toolbar should have a mobile optimized version
- the submit button should be part of the toolbar, perhaps right-aligned, this is to conserve space.
- the full width of the text box should always be visible and so should the post toolbar, scrolling should never happen.

You can try using VLC.
In the advanced open box, select capture device or whatever, then tell it to record the screen.
This works pretty well in VLC on Linux and I guess it'd work on Windows too.

Just tested, got 54WPM.

I can type faster than that though, I blame my slow reading.

Edit:[source]your typing rate is : 82 wpm
words typed : 75
mistakes made : 2
which is 2.1 mistakes per minute[/source]

Huh? Why? That sounds like it sucks.
Because I'm too visually impaired to actually see enough to drive a car.

Writing your own OS? In what language? For what platform? What kind of capabilities does it have?

My only suggestion (right now) would be to add ext2 support.

You should make a thread about this :)

Err, nothing.

There are such few people with creative nicknames on this forum ;~;
And I'm a perfect example of the exact opposite...

I've never been creative in any way :D
My nicknames are usually my real name "Nikolaj", or Nadia.
