Basically, im making another custom galaxy, im using water areas, and other things, and the music on the surface is fine, but when im underwater, i would like it to play a underwater variant of it. How do i go about doing that?
Since the Music fades away when i go too deep underwater and when i go back to the surface, it starts to play again. |

If you're replacing existing music, I suppose you replace ones with the alternate tracks. You probably need to create a multi-stream music file (music that plays two files simultaneously), as if the "version" of the music fades out, it indicates there isn't music replaced for that channel of the file.

This IS actually possible. It requires some fancy AST setup and you must also replace Starshine Beach's AST file iirc.
Basically you have to have four channels of audio. First two are the Primary LR (above water) tracks, and the second two are the Secondary LR (under water). If you wish to convert your AST with this setup, you should use XAYR's tool here. Usage is: mkast.exe "wav file" "ast file"
All you have to do to loop it is set loop points in the WAV file itself and the program will do the rest for you. ____________________ This is my signature, what do I put here? |

Well it said this:
"A fatal error occured. the required library hostfxr.dll could not be found. If this is a self contained application, that library should exist in [D:\__\Documents\mkast_adpcm4_release_1.0\PREBUILT]. If this is a framework-dependent application, install the runtime in the global location [C:\Program files\dotnet] or use the DOTNET_ROOT enviromet variable to specify the runtime location or register the runtime location in [HKLM\SOFTWARE\dotnet\Setup\InstlledVersions\x64\InstallLocation]. The .NET Core runtime can be found a -https://aka.ms/dotnet-core-applaunch?missing_runtime=true&arch=x64&rid=win10-x64 (i just typed it all out) |
