Make sure you have the actual mod files copied to SD:/OnionFS//romfs/

Yup : sd:/onionfs/romfs/titleid/

OnionFS is basically LayeredFS. Make sure you have properly typed in the folder names.

So the onionfs folder should be OnionFS, not onionfs.

The romfs folder should be written exactly like that.

The titleid should be replaced with your actual titleid.

Yup, I did exactly all that , i always type the correct punctuation l. I was just letting you know the files are in the correct place and written correctly. But everytime i load ntr, it says success launch the game by pressing home. I press home
and go directly to nsmb2 but it just loades the retail game.

Heres was i have on my sd card, two folders .
(Don't worry its spelled correct in my sd card, just not typing here :) )
Folder 1: plugin/(titleid)/onionfs.plg
Folder 2: onionfs/romfs/titleid/ and everything extracted from the download folder (course, unit, etc.)

I'm pretty sure it's like this:
SDroot / OnionFS / (titleID*) / (Course, unit, and other folders)

000400000007ae00 - NSMB2 (USA)
000400000007af00 - NSMB2 (EUR)
0004000000137e00 - Gold (USA)
0004000000137f00 - Special (EUR)

It should look like this:

SD:/OnionFS/ titleID /romfs/

when you're done.

And try launching NTR 3.3 and see if that helps any

Yeah, it's /titleid/romfs, not the other way around.

I did and it still doesn't work. Also it loads itself automatically to 3.4, maybe that's the cause? In still on 11.3

I'm not sure if it helps, but I had to place the romfs files in "sd:/OnionFS/titleid/". You don't have to create the romfs folder.

Use NTR 3.2 . I had the same Problem with NTR 3.4 but NTR 3.2 works.

Use BootNTR Selector if you don't already have it.
And try different versions of the OnionFS plugin.

On the newer OnionFS versions, you do have to create the romfs folder.

Huh, that's strange. On the Github it even says that they added custom code support, meaning the rom files go in a romfs folder, and the code.bin goes in the titleid folder.

Guess I'll point this out: Luma3DS version 7.0 has built-in file redirection, might be worth checking out.
