P.S. if a flashcard was compatible with the 3DS on a previous system version, then you can use user-level homebrew to downgrade the TWL_FIRM titles, to enable it again. Therefore there is no need to use a flashcard with recent patches - unless you want to keep TWL_FIRM up-to-date.
