does that include gravity spheres? (where you can see how far the gravity reaches) |

No. I don't know how gravity scaling works. Youtube | Github | Neo Mario Galaxy | Super Mario Galaxy & Super Mario 3D Land Modding |

Posted by StapleButter I don't think it needs a logo either, but it's fun for the designer to make, and share with the readers of the thread. ____________________ ASMR: *quietly whispers* move r0 r7 push r4 to r14 load register r4 into r0 POP |

I'm not a grill. And yes, Whitehole doesn't really need a logo. Sorry, but it didn't even look that good either... Youtube | Github | Neo Mario Galaxy | Super Mario Galaxy & Super Mario 3D Land Modding |

Will Whitehole ever get ISO support? I remember seeing it mentioned somewhere in the C# source code so it would be possible right? ____________________ ASMR: *quietly whispers* move r0 r7 push r4 to r14 load register r4 into r0 POP |

I really like the new options for moving objects and such. But can you also add a duplicate option? I know that it's possible to add multiple objects, but if you want to place objects like platforms in a row, coins, red and blue platforms and such, it kills a lot of time and is really annoying to add the objects first somewhere and past the coordinates to the objects (I know it's possible to copy-paste fully coordinates, but it changes position, if you move the object, from which you copied the position. And if you paste an object into another object, both will be moved, though you only moved one object.)
It will save a lot of time But other than that, the editor really got so nice! Great work ;D |

Posted by SunakazeKun Gravity works like this: (the red cube is red as it is in whitehole) Basically, areas are centered on the X and Z axis (the red and blue lines in whitehole) but bottomed on the Y (green) Axis. so if an area is at 0,0,0 the area only affects above 0,0,0. Gravity is different. Gravity is centered on the X, Z, AND Y axis. So if a Gravity is at 0,0,0 the Gravity affects the area evenly (this depends on user scaling) around 0,0,0. (So if Mario is under 0,0,0 he will be affected by gravity, but not by the area.) Also, what about shapes? all shapes of gravity are centered AFAIK, so It should just be a matter of correctly centering the outline. I think that the rendering for this should be included in the next whitehole release. (If there is one.) I hope this helped. (PS: you know how areas are rendered in blue and camera areas are rendered in red right? I was thinking that Gravity could be green) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a request though, can you make an option (maybe a slider) for the width of the render lines? (so that they can be easier to click on.) I say min: <-> and MAX: <--------------------------> ____________________ SMG RUN Progress: Not available here, for more information, check my Youtube Channel |

I think he meant that he doesn't know what a radius of 1 scale would look like graphically. |

oh... I will try and find that out now then. EDIT: Alright. Gravity is scaled VERY small at first. take a Strongblock and place a gravity in it and set the range to 225. Mario will have to get super close to the Strongblock in order for gravity to catch him. So [range = 225] = Strongblock. (Gravity with range set to 225 will have a radius of the Strongblock at scale 1,1,1) ____________________ SMG RUN Progress: Not available here, for more information, check my Youtube Channel |
