There are currently 26 sprite images that haven't been added.

I can only count 8 :P

I will add them if I have time.

I'm pretty sure there are more than eight. I looked at github, and all these aren't there, or need to replace the ones that are there.

I have a modified build of coinkiller(The latest commit) that I added (almost) all the sprites that hadn't been added, as well as some additional ones. Here is a download if you are interested in it - Link

Also, if Mariomaster is alright with it, I will probably make a fork of coinkiller and focus on adding sprites to it, if not, I'll just keep it in my personal build.

There is no need to add anything explos. I already added all images, but didn't commit it yet. Also your downoad contains NW4C :P
In the future please do pull requests.

(And there is no need to have a seperate fork that concentrates on sprite images. That doesn't make any sense)

And most sprite images on your imgur still have backgrounds, Hiccup.

Yeah, some of them aren't "ready to use". I'll fix that soon.

Oh, I didn't think to do a pull request, Will do that in future.

Also my download contains NW4C?

Hey, if anybody needs any specific sprite image, I have a capture card and can help. Just tell me what sprite and where I can find it and I'll get some pictures (individual frames if a video if need be) for you.

It has to be captured in a specially made custom level, so "where" doesn't come into it. But if you can capture a video, following the rules is the firsy post, of a Sledge Bro. and a Lakitu, that'd be great.

be of a level with 1-1 A1 Z1 lighting

I can't see or edit any lighting within the editor, so I have no idea whether or not I meet this requirement.

Nintendo hardcoded the lighning. They are bound to the bg. Just use the 1-1 bg.

be of a level with 1-1 A1 Z1 lighting (by using the 1-1 A1 Z1 BG)

This is exactly 0% clearer to anyone who doesn't already know what "1-1 A1 Z1" means.

-----

Anyway, I'm convinced you gave me these because they're weird.

The initial position of the Sledge Bro. is a T-pose, while the initial position of the Lakitu is... stuffed in his cloud.

It's interesting to note that the Sledge Bro. transitions out of the T-pose while the Lakitu suddenly becomes normal. This is the picture from exactly one frame after Mario exits the pipe and the sprites are no longer in their initial positions.

The Sledge Bro. takes 4 frames to transition into its regular animation from its initial position:

And last, here is the editor view of the level for reference.

EDIT: Third picture showed frame three instead of frame four.

Fixed that.

Yeah, because of the ugly first few frames.

[...]

These are great, but could you retake them with a plain background with a large colour contrast? (I use the light green box from the "extras" tileset). I can't really cut them out like this.

And am I correct in thinking that the second image shows the first frame that Lakitu is visible in his cloud?

No need, I just cut the background out myself.

Yes, that is the first frame Lakitu is actually visible.
