I don't take those mostly due to laziness, some questions I could answer by "yes or no, depends on the situation" and they expect a binary answer that I'd need to think though

so... zerp

I dislike making art, though.. I'm not an artist, and I didn't really choose any artist options.

Also, I can't be an introvert if I like talking to people. :P

The problem is that most people are introverts in some situations and extroverts in others.

That being said, it's how you expend your energy, not necessarily if you're amiable or not. Me, I'm a super introvert and I dislike parties and I like to keep a low profile. I prefer quieter activities and social events easily tire me out. For instance, I don't like Disneyland. I'd rather stay at an ecological reserve.

Interesting. I generally dislike Disneyland because the lines aren't even worth it (plus disney's quality has seriously decreased over the years)

however I do like being locked in my room on the computer, but I also like talking to others when bored. :>

I'm a bit of an introvert as well, I'm a bit of a quite person, and I don't like being around, or in large groups of people in real life. I enjoy being alone most of the time, and tend not to leave the house much, unless there's some business I need to take care of. Looking back on my test results in this thread, I don't think they fit my personality very much, to be honest.

I hate being in large groups. It's pretty much chaos.

Doesn't mean I don't enjoy talking with people, though. I'm actually a pretty good speaker IRL, or imo I guess. :P

Sorry for the bump but I thought this was interesting.

ESFP - "Entertainer". Radiates attractive warmth and optimism. Smooth, witty, charming, clever. Fun to be with. Very generous. 8.5% of the total population.

Extremely inaccurate. Everything is pretty much wrong. Maybe I should've picked less neutral answers.

Okay, before I go on this rant, I want you to know I tend to do this about things I know stuff about :P

It's a lot worse in real life.

Actually, recent studies have shown that this test is wildly inaccurate. Every individual is an exception to the test. Classifying people within the Myers Briggs' test is largely overgeneralizing everyone.

Today, the pointless Myers-Briggs parlor game is shunned by the scientific community. There’s even one psychologist on the actual board for Myers-Briggs who admitted publicly he wouldn’t use the test in his own research.

Lillian Cunningham. “Myers-Briggs: Does it pay to know your type?” The Washington Post, 14 Dec 2012.

Despite the fact there’s no sufficient evidence showing the Myers-Briggs Test is effective at predicting job satisfaction or compatibility. It’s been used to make hiring and training decisions by over 10,000 companies, 2,500 colleges, and even the State Department and the CIA.

David J. Pittenger. "Measuring the MBTI… and coming up short." Journal of Career Planning and Employment, 1993.

The test isn't scientific at all. You shouldn't be paying for it. The only reason I paid for it was that it was part of a required remedial course in college and god I wish I didn't have to take the course. It felt pretty pointless.

But this test is fine it you're taking it for fun and don't take any of its results seriously.
