I'll, uh, stick to youtube-dl. I love that when you choose to convert a video to audio, you can include metadata, embed thumbnails, customize thumbnails, making it very useful for downloading OSTs from playlists.

Not gonna lie, I actually prefer a command line for this.

Oh yes, I see more and more people switching to Vimeo for regular stuff. Too many giants have their tentacles in YouTube - I've seen videos flagged for sound effects.

why is video game related things worse than, say, reviewing for a cartoon show? if I recall correctly, Viashit and other companies are worse than the video game ones when it comes to copyright shit.

What's a good alternate video uploading site? Youtube is white-collar criminal haven, Vimeo is only slightly better. I myself am not familiar with that kind of stuff, so better survey the hole before jumping in.
