Is there a NDS File Editor for android? (Or any file Editor for android) I don't have a PC so I can't put Custom Characters/Tracks into Mario Kart DS. If anyone could make one I would be very happy. Thanks |

No. A 3D editor would be too big a pain to use, and I don't think anybody feels like porting their existing ones. *cough* ____________________ NNID: GreenThunder1337 3DS FC: 1521 - 5979 - 1511 |

There is an Every File Explorer, but it's Windows-only.
That's why I have Windows on my Tablet, I would never get any Android Tablet, thanks to that. |

And how do you plan to connect to a Windows Computer, without having a Windows Computer? |
