If it was two towers next to bushes and other decorations, that would be fine.

But no, they had to put two towers next to the clown car, something that flies in the air. And the captions don't help XD.

This is what it should have looked like:(excuse my crappy photoshop skills :P)

The reason im not hyped for Mario Maker, is because almost every level you'll find online is cheap, spammed levels, with terrible layouts, and no thought given into it.

Did you see gamexplains playthrough of him playing levels online?

This is the trend of mario maker levels: lakitus throwing bobombs, and hammer bros in koopa cars, that throw other hammer bros, that throw hammers.

i mean come on!

well i'm going to use Mario maker to test level ideas for nsmb/w hacks

I think that may be the case, not referring to 9/11 obviously, but to keep the release date as close as possible to the release date of the original Super Mario Bros., which debuted on the 13th of September, 1985 in Japan. They totally delayed the game from early to late 2015 just to release it closer to the actual 30th Anniversary.

Im just going to say this.

the Mario V.S. Donkey kong game for the DS had an online course builder. It was fantastic! You had to beat your level in order to post it, Could rate it, Didnt have a limit, had a filter for good levels, and you can use any block/enemy in the game except DK. AND YOU EVEN HAD A REPORT BUTTON!!! There wasnt over 12 spammed levels.

Mario Maker: OK Amount of enemys. Can comment on courses. Post level, even if its impossible to beat.

''Play your level as you make it!! And post it too!''

There wasnt 1 spammed level [in Mario vs Donkey Kong].

AAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Literally every game that has a level editor and an online sharing feature will, under every circumstance you can think of and then some, be flooded with crap levels. There's nothing you can do to stop that. 8 year olds will spam the report button so actual reports get buried under a quadrillion of "this levul sux" reports, and post a bunch of horrible levels that are nothing but flat ground. You cannot ever expect an online level sharing feature to ever go over as anything but a spamfest.

I would tell you to look at the selection of user-created levels they have again but DS online is dead now so

Post level, even if its impossible to beat.

It was said that you had to beat the level before you can post it though?

Are you kidding? MvDK's online community is terrible. The so called 'good' levels were always crap, presumably made by twelve year olds who haven't the foggiest about level design, and the none of the decent ones ever got any attention. I'm using the MvDK community as a base for my expectations of Super Mario Maker's online community.
