No, he's unrelated to both SMS and SM64DS and I'm not getting rid of Luigi.

that's not what i ment i ment make a new luigi make some edits and small ajustments and voila, but if not, waluigi could make at least as a minor non playable character or get some kind of reference.

Or just simple ARM assembly, but since that cost too much time with finding the where and how he just makes his life not a hell by just leaving it as it is.

I'm just wondering, when Mario gets the FLUDD powrerup, are his body and FLUDD seperate models/BMD files?

No, they're all one model. I've modified the animation code for Mario to make the various nozzles and water sprays dis/appear when de/activated.

If you exported it from my patched ROM into a clean ROM, then no as it needs the ASM modifcations be appear as it does and to have any functionality. If I were to re-import into my ROM, it should work as long as I ensure the texture and palette names match and edited the nodes as usual when re-importing characters.

I see, also what would happen if I patched it to a hacked rom, such as my Waluigi hack? Would he stay as Waluigi when he doesn't have F.L.U.D.D, but become Mario when he does have him?

Most of them are from or based on the models extracted from SMS. A few others are taken from SM64DS.

i was thinking... can you make yoshi's special move involve fruit? Like the ? box picks the fruit that fits the stage. For example, for a stage with a lot of ditches, the ? box drops a Watermelon witch, in turn, causes yoshi to flutter more. For a stage with alot of lava/poison, we can have strawberries that cause regeneration.

And i was thinking that, if you are using Mario/Luigi/Wario, and are in the plaza, there are scattered yoshi eggs. These eggs can be re-models of baby penguins. When you are mario or the gang, the egg says, for example "I love to swim!" and you must place him on the shore and he will hatch. BabyPenguins and mom penguins have Ids. If the wrong combo of ids are near, the baby yoshi does nothing. so you can put mom penguins slightly below the sand in the stage (in collide range). If you are Yoshi, the egg will say "Hey pal, i owe you enough favors for now. How about getting a mustached guy to help?". When the egg hatches (collides with unseen-able/Under the stage mom penguin) the Egg/baby Penguin deletes it's self (in code) and a rid-able yoshi spawns. Its possible to simply create simple rid-able objects https://youtu.be/iBTWsIcGRH8?t=24 . (video by Ninja on Kuribo64. he made it himself.) all the yoshi can do is simply run much faster.

im pretty sure there is an easier way to make it for the Ds. I said it the most difficult way (im dumb)

But how is it pointless? Having yoshi's in stages would be cool. At least a faster rid-able guy.
