I have made this model: http://i59.tinypic.com/99ewbq.png

But mario can step on soem parts of it and others are just not solid. Mario goes through it. Do you think it is because i made the model gigantic by playing with the size :-)?

Actually i didn't make the model :) i only shaded it

Problem solved! I scaled the models in blender, and then scaled them a little bit in whitehole. It works perfectly :-)

Nice model. Looks like something you could definetely use to make a hack like Super Mario 3D Galaxy.
