Last view: 2409 days ago 		Well here's something that ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. I cannot find the gamecube adapter anywhere! I looked up Walmart, Target, Toys R Us, Gamestop, and Best Buy for one and it says sold out online and sold out at all retails. The closest I got was a gamestop that MIGHT have some left at low stock that is an hour and a half away from where I live. And the ones on Amazon are all over $100! That is fucking ridiculous.

I've actually found that the GamePad isn't that bad. You can at least do quick smash attacks unlike the Wiimote, and it seems to not have any input lag from what I've played. Sure it's not as good as a GameCube controller, but it's good enough to where I can play online without losing every match thanks to the control scheme.

Last view: 1996 days ago 		To be honest I have been very busy and have only really been playing Smash or 8 Player Smash. I only started doing that Lucina challenge because of GameXplain's video. I'm going to finally play Classic mode today and hopefully try 9.0 difficulty. I've heard that there is a challenge where you have to beat Classic at 9.0 difficulty without losing any lives!

Last view: 2924 days ago 		So I ordered a GC Controller Adapter at a pretty reasonable price from Amazon UK after hearing how rare it was, I need to get my hands on at least one.


However, my order still hasn't dispatched and now the GC Adapters are out of stock on the Amazon UK page. The thing is, I ordered mine BEFORE it said they were out of stock. So will I get my adapter, or am I screwed? The estimated delivery date is between Dec 5th and Dec 10th but i'm pretty sure it won't be coming on the former because of these delays.

The salt is real.

Also MM720 just letting you know, the shortage of GC Adapters in America has lead people to start buying them from UK shops (like Amazon UK). The adapters are probably going to become unavailable in the UK faster than they were in the US due to Americans who didn't get a GC Adapter here buying them from UK shops and decreasing the number of available adapters.

The HORI Battle Pad is honestly a better option, more like the GC controller.

The adapter is a godsend. When I played with the 3DS I kept holding back when playing because I didn't want to wreck my circle pad (meaning I intentionally reacted slightly slower and was less aggressive). Now on the Wii U I can finally go wreck like in Melee. My SSB4 Luigi suddenly went from crap-tier to high-tier.


I still don't get why any of you don't have adapters...
The adapters are very hard to find in stores here as well, but everyone just pre-ordered one bundled with the game so there's no drought of adapters here...............

Didn't any of you guys pre-order your adapter bundle? That's the thing I do every time I want any sort of Limited Editions or accessories and I always get them because of it....... -_-

I would have but my retailer did some major BS (upped the price alot), but you know, in my case I am in a 3rd world country (not in norway where you supposedly can buy everything :>), I was not going paying 132$ for the bundle, as it is costly (I have to buy my own stuff you know :P)

I rather wait for more adapters to be available or get a pro controller on the long run.
