Many people like sausage, but if you would know how it is made you would never want to eat it again. So is sausages made: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lFPYSBubbI0
They take whole pigs with its skeleton, blood, intestines etc. then make them in smithereens and mix with water so it be like a cream then fill it in the sausages. Same with chicken, cow or other kind of sausages. And people like it and say it is good. Really? I will never eat sausages again.

Especially if you boil/barbecue them at high temperatures.

Any food can have/has bacteria on it, yogurt IS bacteria

I don't see why anyone should get scared of eating pork/cow/chicken/fish if we are omnivores, I don't think this is news to anyone. Meat comes from animals that have been killed for the sole purpose of feeding you, nothing more!

As far as I know, pork, beef, chicken, turkey, whatever hotdogs use actual mear and have no sheep intestine casing.

Liverwurst, however, is made of liver.

Other than that, hot dogs are not made of organs. They are made of actual meat.
