A SMG3 would have new models, new musics, new enemies, new bosses, new powerups, new characters, new world map system, perfect levels, advanced levels etc.. A SMG3 cannot only use unused things with some custom models. It is just like a remake of SMG2, sorry.

And is says this where? SMG3 is just a name.

And I doubt that Nintendo would make a Super Mario Galaxy 3.

A) It's not a very original name (though to be fair, 2.5 wasn't either

)
B) It's likely to make some people immediately think its a hoax announcement about an actual sequel.
C) If Nintendo ever does make a SMG3 it'll be awkward...

Yeah, Nintendo is making a new 3D Mario game right now. While I'm hoping for some Galaxy elements, I'm hoping it has a new main concept. But there is a chance they are making/will make SMG3, and in my opinion SMG3.A was a better name.

I can make texture hacks, custom models, levels, some switches, custom musics (not very perfect), text editing, music editing etc. I can do pretty much of the possible things. I can't show you right now, but I will show you soon!
