Posted by mustafa You don't say. As it's probably been said before, you have to run the file through yaz0dec from SZSTools (go find my giant thread of programs or google should find it too), since for whatever reason the yaz0 compression algorithm isn't implemented correctly and thus doesn't work in Whitehole. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As for planets that are drillable, there's really no special secret to get it working(trust me, I checked literally everything, so unless it's hardcoded....). It's just a floor code of 0 (Normal) and I would set the sound code to Soil (that's what they use in Spin-Dig at least). I'm going to assume you're using the latest version(v0.7) in which case you don't even need to input hex, it's literally labeled "Lava" under floor codes. As for cameras....I'd have to look into that all myself which would require at some time other then 4:45 in the morning ![]() ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Maybe. I have to edit a lot, to get a demo world!
Uh... and another thing. When I change the KCL values, nothing happens or the game crashes. |

All those values you're editing are generated in a seperate PA file, and you need both if you want the collision you're building. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

All of the filenames have to be the same, and the folder name needs to be the same, too. ____________________ a |

How do you make the models look with at least a little bit of nintendo quality. I think the the smg 2.5 levels look good, but wat is required? Any body care explaining to me ? |

It's mostly texturing and vertex shading. ____________________

Hi guys, I have a question relating to SMG1 leftover objects. I tried to make a water level with Torpedo Ted. But when I finished with import/export Torpedo Ted was only a fixed object without collision:
...uhm yeah... that's boring. Is there any help? Again? |

You don't add it to the Planet/Product files! Just import the files Torpedo.arc, TorpedoPropeller.arc and TorpedoLight.arc. Torpedo Teds also need a SW_APPEAR switch like Bullet Bills! I already made an object file pack for all working leftover objects, including the files for Torpedo Ted!

Cool. Your packs are AWESOME! I love the SMG1 backgrounds! Torpedo Ted was only a test but it works.

Oh, I have another question (again)
Is it possible to make this kind of planets? I mean the light and the glass! Is there any helpful help? Again again? |

Posted by macdachs Not at the moment, that requires a lot of material editing, which you'd have to do by hand (via hex editing). ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Yep, after a few questions I made a mini preview with three sreenshots. Next time I'll try to make a trailer or a demo!
