Actually there are almost 350 more pokemon in X/Y than in Ruby/Sapphire (almost twice as many) ;)

Although all those pokemon will probably also appear in Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire. The focus will just be on the Gen 3 pokemon instead of the Gen 6 ones :)

And yeah waiting until E3 is probably the best solution at the moment if you're sure you won't be buying both games :)

Yeah, gen 3 were ok, but trying new ones is great. I really don't like how they added pokemon bank to 3ds, but oh well.

btw having a smiley after each sentence really helps me know your expression in what your saying. Really, non-expression in text is the no.1 problem in forums, people not understanding what the other person's intentions were! :D

lol, if I remember correctly the original RSE had 386...And X/Y has about 718. That's over 300 new pokemon that weren't in RSE.

well both yes and no. You can't catch all of those in-game (but I'm very sure that you can catch over half of them besides the legendaries).

However there exists a thing called the GTS and Wonder Trade, so you can still obtain every Pokemon even without Pokemon Bank (the event legendaries are the exception, but you can get them via Normal Trade)

Last view: 760 days ago 		If I remember correctly there's only about 60 pokemon in X/Y which you cannot obtain, excluding their evolutions/prevolutions. Most of them are legendaries and starters (But everybody has the starters because everybody loves them and has to breed them).
All of the pokemon in RSE are in X/Y, except the Regi trio, Weather Trio, Jirachi, Deoxys, the Eon Duo, Slakoth/Vigoroth/Slaking, and Feebas/Milotic.

A total of 594 Pokemon can be obtained within X/Y without transferring from older games, though a few of the Pokemon available to you can only be captured in the Friend Safari.

Mega Lopunny is Normal/Fighting with Scrappy

The Cosplay Pikachu that we've seen earlier has been confirmed to have special, unique moves based on which outfit it is wearing. The Rock Star Pikachu has Meteor Mash, the Pikachu Ph. D has Electric Terrain, Pop Star Pikachu has Draining Kiss, Pikachu Belle has Icicle Crash, and Pikachu Libre has Flying Press.

Last view: 2867 days ago 		Welp Mega Salamence will probably get banned by Smogon a short time after release (because they love to ban megas, not caring about the fact that Megas ARE supposed to be the best pokemon >_<)

Also I like how Mega Lopunny completely walls Aegislash unless it's running Sacred Sword (but Smogon already banned Aegislash. Whoops :P)


Also I don't like the fact that they will give us a Shiny Beldum for free. Then all other Shiny Beldums will lose their value and won't be rare at all..... :< (and i was even ready to breed for a shiny)
