Zelda Fairy is now an healing item! Supposedly this will heal even more than the heart container, odd considering heart containers refill all of Link's health and add one heart and fairies only heal six hearts, but nevertheless, cool. (Also this is the first new item revealed) |

I've been screwing about with Project M and several derivative mods for it. It's actually a lot better than I thought it would be. Contrary to the name, it isn't all that identical to Melee.
If any of you have Project M, I highly recommend some of the custom builds out there as well. They're rather fun to use and some even expand the number of stages. I'm pretty sure everyone will just ignore this post and resume SSB4 discussion, but still.  Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

Project M is downright amazing... although I have yet to upgrade past 3.0. I really enjoy it, and my favorite character is Ganondorf. He was god-awful in Brawl, but they finally gave him the treatment he deserves in Project M. Also, here is a good question: What form will Ganondorf take in SSB4? ____________________

When you think about it, 24 characters have already been announced for SSB4, which is only 2 less than the total amount of characters in Melee (if you count Zelda and Sheik as seperate) and over half of Brawl's cast.
Tbh I think the roster will be pretty nice. I'm expecting around 35 characters. We'll obviously get at least Falcon, Yoshi, Jigglypuff and Ness along with a few more veterans and an unknown amount of more newcomers. Brawl had 16 Newcomers (19 if Pokemon Trainer's pokemon are considered seperate). I would like everyone else love the roster to be even bigger, but tbh I'll be happy if we're lucky enough to get 12-15 Newcomers. 
Also... remember that NES Remix 1+2 will come out as a seperate retail version in Japan, so I'm 99% sure that we'll get either Ice Climbers or someone like ROB announced then (sadly F-Zero and Earthbound are not featured there, so I dunno when they will be revealed. ehh... well he is a good character, he just seems odd, as his fighting style seems a little too "impactful" to me. I'm sorry, I just don't really care about GandW that much ____________________

Why is ROB so hated.....
I perfectly understand that he has no personality or memorability unlike most of the cast, but neither do G&W or the Wii Fit Trainer... I just never liked ROB. He never really stood out to me as a character. Also I dislike Mr.G&W too. Mainly because I can never figure out how to play good as him, partly for the same reason as ROB. ____________________ You can tell I'm testing new avatars. Kind of disappointing actually, I found no reason for him to be playable in brawl, but if Little Mac is upgraded to playable character status you might as well put some of the other good ones too. (Expects "BUT WALUIGI IS ONLY A SPORT CHARACTER WAAA" replies) |
