Personally I think it looks really good. It really emphasizes the gravity gimmick of the game, and I like how the "8" in the title looks like an Infinity Symbol as well (In addition to representing the fact that it's the 8th game and the Mobius Strip).

I actually prefer wingless, the one with wings is a lesser help to a person in last place, although now that there are once again 12 racers, you'll prolly be able to get the Blue Shell in 3rd again >:>

Although it would be cool to eventually have a return of the wings as a reference to Double Dash :)

Really awesome news. Cant wait to play as them! Finally they are getting some attention since they were abandoned in superstar saga till NSMBW :P

Also I dont know if they will ever return to the winged shell, since the ground one cause more wrecking since it can hit anyone on its path, which is better >:)
