Gravitational Beat Blocks

I got this idea from one of MrRean's videos, this one to be exact:



I have the idea of creating a gimmick where two planes of Beat Blocks that are diagnol from eachother swap their beats and the gravity. Which means Mario will be walking with normal gravity for a few seconds, then side, and then normal again, repeat.

I have a rough visual of this:

EDIT: THERE IS A MISTAKE HERE, THE GREEN/YELLOWS ARE REVERSED

Questions? Comments? I want to see this in a SMG2.5 galaxy because it sounds so fun.

This is kinda hard to explain, but it would be a rather strange/awkward jump for Mario to get back on the upper side of the 2nd beat block (green in your picture.)

EDIT: The blocks aren't in double time Agent, you get a few seconds to recover.

It sounds like a really neat concept, but could you have given a sound warning for the video? My left ear hurts...
