Uhh, because someone probably leaked a prototype they got. Gears for Breakfast gave several prototype builds to big lets players and such to help promote their kickstarter. If you loaded it, it would say the version of who it was for, hence being built for a certain person. I know JoshJepson got one, and I think chuggaa, and some speedrunner cosmowright. I haven't paid attention to much more besides that.
