unless it's a heavy code changer update like in 1.2 when they changed the REGION (.mcr) format to ANVIL (.mca) witch loaded faster or 1.3 with the new creative menu or the worst of the bunch, the 1.6 update witch completely fucked over how Minecraft's file system worked.

It is really useful in ClasicCraft, or so says the Wiki.

Anyway, my favorite is the Blood Stone from the Mists of RioV mod. But, from what Minecraft gives you by default it has to be
