WiiExplorer is an archive explorer for Wii-related archive formats.
WiiExplorer requires Java 7 (JRE7) to run. Go there to download JRE7 if you haven't already. Downloads * v1.0: Download What is currently supported WiiExplorer currently supports RARC archives, compressed or not. RARCs are used namely by SMG games, but they're also commonly used in Gamecube games. WiiExplorer allows you to: * extract and replace individual files * extract whole folders recursively * add new files and directories * rename files and directories * delete files and directories What is planned WiiExplorer is planned to become a replacement for WiiScrubber. WiiScrubber is Windows-only, has a badly designed interface, and is closed-source. Closed-source software has no place in ROM hacking. Problem is that adding support for Wii ISOs isn't that easy. Partitions are encrypted and hashed on a per-block basis, which is annoying to deal with. And the filesystem structure is poorly documented. Any help is greatly welcome. I am an interested programmer, how can I help? WiiExplorer is on Github: https://github.com/Mega-Mario/WiiExplorer Credits * Main coding: Mega-Mario * Info: Wiibrew, Dolphin's source code * Icons: Nuvola icon set ____________________ NSMBHD - Kafuka - Jul melonDS the most fruity DS emulator there is zafkflzdasd |

Now that I got Parallels for X-Mas, I don't need to wait for Mac compatibility anymore.
But this is amazing! Great job once again, Mega-Mario! Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

I still use a Mac, I just run Windows as a separate app called Parallels. You have to buy it.
BTT. I'm testing WiiExplorer now. Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

Yeah, I was talking about WiiExplorer. I agree WiiScrubber has it's flaws. Anyways, how long do you think it will be till this has an update? I'm assuming you're looking for ISO information ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |
