Same here, I got this game when I was 3 or so and played it almost every day, yet I didn't get 150 Stars before 2021. This was because it didn't register one Secret Star I'd collected (probably the glowing rabbit one; I did have the key and I would just leave the white door empty-handed), so I had to start over. But then I finally got all 150 Stars. And I went to the castle roof as Wario using the newly-unlocked cannon, getting the Power Flower and jumping into the hole you spawn from if falling into the pit in TSutM... can you imagine my disappointment when I didn't enter the fabled Waluigi course?

SMSW and SM256 are even aiming to have more stars than the hardcoded vanilla maximum of 240.

And don't worry, I have all missions written down on sheets of paper!

There'll also be a postgame reward for those who beat the final Bowser and collect all 213 Stars (don't worry, the 213-Star Door will explicitly tell you you need all 213 Stars to unlock it)... but it's a secret.

This weekend I will start to work on Castle Grounds BTW.

I wanted to try out custom music, so I downloaded a random MIDI composing app. The site didn't seem sus... but it was a virus.

So yeah, SM64DS - TotDS is cancelled.

My laptop is perfectly fine, SM64DS - TotDS isn't cancelled. Though, I will regularly upload backups to a private git repo. Justin Case I'll move out and my mom doesn't let me take the laptop with me (it's hers) or the laptop really borks.

Logo nearly done. Just need to remove the background and it's ready to appear in the OP (I insist on having an HD image of my logo in the OP so that YANBF users can easily make custom banners should they want to forward my hack to the HOME Menu once it's released), then all I still need to do, is import it into the game with the help of Gota7's tutorial.

EDIT: Still working on importing the logo. Unfortunately GIMP crashed on me just before I was going to save and close, so I have to start over from the image in the OP.

The logo has been resized for importing into SM64DS. Turns out the issue is with rearranging the colour map in the newest version of GIMP, so thank God I hadn't emptied my Recycle Bin yet and I could dig up the previous version. I'ma report this bug...
