This is Windows Vista on a Dell Latitude E6530 with 16GB of RAM and on a 4TB SSD with Windows 7 installed alongside it. Yes, the About Windows (winver) box says 6.1, but that's because I use the Windows Vista Extended Kernel by Win32, located here. If you have a spare Vista capable machine, give this a whirl. I will start a separate thread on this as to not go off topic |

Posted by kaj crazy to think this was once me anyway, here's my desktop:
modern mac os is so bubbly now... i've got mixed feelings, but it's not any less productive since this laptop doesn't have any nvidia in it it'd probably handle linux well. unfortunately i like final cut and logic too much to do such a thing |

Posted by NadiaMacbook, pretty fancy. I'll make a post of my desktops once I install both Linux and Windows 10 on my computer, until then my current layout is basically the same as my last post but theres slightly-less there. I must say the Macbook desktops never look that bad to me even if theres 100s of files on the Desktop, thats something I've never noticed with Windows where (in my case) it always feels messy if I just put one file on there. Not sure why it feels like that to me lol. ____________________ My Website |
