Super Mario Advanced 4: Super Mario Bros 3 level timer edit

I'm currently playing Super Mario Advanced 4: Super Mario Bros 3 for the GBA after having just beat the game, and I was wondering how I could edit the timers in all the levels so they're either 999 seconds or unlimited time (if that is possible). I like to explorer some levels with P. Wings post-game as 1. You get unlimited P. Wings from this point on and 2. Some levels have some cool, hidden, stuff, like the World 5 fortress passage that takes you from the ground portion of 5 to the sky portion of 5. This has tons of bricks, coins, and even a few 1-ups! It is barely possible to break every single brick, get all the coins, and the 1-up's in both outside rooms and beat the level (I beat it with only 8 seconds to spare!).

This is why I want to increase the timer from the standard time to 999 seconds or unlimited time for all the levels. If anybody knows how this can be done, please do let me know!
