Well here in California, we have two seasons: dry and less dry. Also sometimes hot, but usually warm-cool. So I judge my seasons like this

Fall: Starts in November. First rain is usually during November. September is still hot, October has hot days but clouds are more common later. Santa Ana winds are most common and fires seem to love this season the most, particularly during September or October. Second best season just because it's the end of summer.
Summer: Starts in late May. Ends in mid October. Usually warm but there are more than just a few hot and dry days, making summer pretty unpleasant most of the time. You have to sleep with either the fan on or your AC, but I generally do the fan. Worst season.
Spring: End of the wet season. Allergies. Temperatures are still nice, but aside from some blooming flowers, it's a boring one and it's just a transition from the best season to the worst.
Winter: Best season. Cool, best bet for rain (though I've spent last December that's been mostly sunny and hovering at like 27 degrees C which is nice enough to wear a T shirt outside). Nights are cold enough you need a pullover hoodie though.

dunno about California, but

here in southern France, we atleast got nice sunny weather most of the time (except in Autumn)

although: this region gets as much rain as the French average. it's just more condensed. you can imagine what it's like.

compare that to the region my parents live in (and I lived in for a lot of time): they can be happy if they get 3 sunny days in the year. I'm exaggerating but barely.

Summer there is usually a repeating pattern of: a couple actual Summer days, then thunderstorm, then shitty cold cloudy weather for 2-3 weeks.

though, admittedly, we don't get snow here. well, normally. it happened one day in 2018 and it was quite a show in the town, with people using all sorts of things as makeshift sleds, and even that huge snowball battle that happened entirely spontaneously...

hasn't happened again since.

not like my parents' region gets much more snow... well, I remember snow episodes being rad af in my early childhood, but eventually they degraded to be just a thin layer of shitty snow you can't do shit with, or even no snow at all (or once, snow in April -- wtf??). it was only slightly better lately.

Well in alsace-lorraine, the two summers I've been there had summer days and cold cloudy windy weather. No thunderstorms though. The cold cloudy weather days just sound like California winter.

This year's summer has been really weird for the weather in general (living in the southeastern part of the UK, about twenty miles away from the Eurotunnel). One day it's boiling hot out (and my room is absurdly stuffy and hot to start with compared to the other rooms in the building I live in, which makes the situation a lot worse), the next it's absolutely pouring it down outside.

Last year wasn't too bad, at least it was consistent.

Temps here have cooled off since last week it seems which is awesome. Think they had gone almost up to 100 degrees. We're back down to the mid-80's this week.

Hey, why not check out my website while you're here?

I guess that narrows down your location field's vagueness to 'somewhere in the one country that uses Fahrenshite to measure the temperature and happens to be relatively cold'... :P

(Or maybe you're pulling a smart one and know the majority of the user base is from the US? o_O)

It's interesting how the US's biggest problem is mostly racism and religious-based issues while the UK's is misogyny and "chav" culture being everywhere...

When it was still active the majority of users certainly came from the US or Canada. A few from South America too, and a few from France/Italy/Germany, with other countries usually only having one or two active users from their respective nations.

Tends to be a common thing in Nintendo oriented circles, as well as the modding scene as a whole, since Europeans are more interested in PC gaming (and mainstream PS/Xbox), and Asians essentially have their own side of the Internet.

Pretty sure most of the Internet population is from the US, but there are certainly circles with other dominant countries. I recall that Russian is the second most common language in the Internet. As for the modding scene as a whole, Russians can surprisingly take up a big portion; GTA V/GTA IV/some other Rockstar games modding relies mostly on a tool, OpenIV, developed by primarily Russians and I think Steam has a sizeable Russian community iirc?

highly doubt that, though it depends on the definition of internet population. E.g. on gbatek they did a survey about this once and I think it was something like 50% us, 50% rest of the world. I'm not much active around here on Kuribo64, though in the circles of melonDS I was surprised myself how many of us are from Europe.

Even if the entirety of the United States' population were Internet users, they wouldn't even come close to being most of the Internet population, which is currently composed of over half of the world's population.

I might've confused it with the amount of English speakers on the Internet. THAT I know is majority English, and Russian is somehow second.

the most spoken language in the world is Chinese, but I don't know about the internet, given their implementation of it.

I just wanted to ask. How do you level up in the RP stats?

I'm new here. So I don't know what to do.

the RP stats are calculated automatically from your EXP, which is calculated from how long you've been around and how many posts you have, and perhaps some other factors. not that these are very useful.
