I'm a little stuck on level design for my hack at this point, so I thought I would try to document something. I couldn't find any threads listing all of the music names, so I figured I'd do it myself. (So sorry if this has been done already and I'm being redundant)

You can edit music yourself with Whitehole 1.6 by going to the BSCV editor and going to Open - Audio - ScenarioBgmInfo, which allows you to change music in galaxies and world maps. The music file you input into BgmIdName has it play in the specific galaxy you choose, in the mission numbers listed in the ScenarioName column. (1 = Scenario 1 only, 2 = Scenario 2 only, 0 = every scenario.) Basically any song can go anywhere, as far as I know. Now, the music names:

One other thing: I found out what the StartType column does. It allows you to change WHEN the music plays at the start of the level. If it is 0, it will play during the fly-in cutscene. If it is 1, it only plays right when you land. For example, Flip-Swap's StartType is set to 0, and you hear it while flying in. Honeybloom's StartType is set to 1, and you only hear the song right when Mario hits the vine. So, if you think the music feels more natural when it plays when you land, go ahead and change it.
I do not know what StartFrame and IsPrepare do. (But StartFrame is always set to 0 so that one probably doesn't matter.)

Unfortunately, I cannot find Shiverburn's Ice variant and Rightside Down's upwards variant are called in the files. Apparently there's also two other unused songs I can't find. If you happen to find any of their names, go ahead and reply with it.

Current project: Spring Mario Galaxy 2 (It's exactly what it sounds like. Production of this mod will have to slow down a bit due to other things Sadge)
