So right now, I'm working on a mod that is replacing the current soundtrack for Super Mario Galaxy 1. Now, I'm not creating level or what not so I backed out of Riivolution. I now need a way to compile the files I have into a Super Mario Galaxy wbfs file. Is there a way I can do this or no?

The file system and the source code are two very different things. Riivolution is not just for levels, either. You should have no problem using it for this type of hack.
