I'm feeling very stupid now, but I'm making a design for mirror madness and I can't seem to find out how I can insert an image from a file on my computer. When I click image, [img][/img) appears, but whatever I put between those, the image won't appear. Can anyone please help?

You have to upload it somewhere else first, like imgur or crapobucket, or kuribo64's uploader. Then you put the link to that image between

[img] [/img]

Click on the actual picture on imgur and you'll be taken to the actual page for the picture. You're suppose to put https://i.imgur.com/jHj3NYY.jpg?1 between those tags.

Actually, that's a totally valid URL of an image, provided it exists.

The file extension is completely irrelevant, not to mention the extension here is just .jpg. What is after ? is not actually part of the file name.

Anyway, to answer the question:
