He's not releasing the hacks in the interest of preventing those aforementioned FTW hackers.

It goes into detail in the description. If and when he does release it, there'll be measures to prevent those kinds of hacks, like what he did to the .dol for CTGPR.

Ninty is more prepared this time. Im sure they will patch it. They even said that their mod doesn't work on 5.0 because it changes a lot of things that enabled them to hack the files.

There is already barely any third party support on the Wii U and this will make third party developers not want to develop games for Wii U even more if it is hacked. Ironically, even though I'm posting this on a website about SMG and SM64DS hacking, I hope this gets patched. I'm fine with stuff like this, but only AFTER the Wii U is not current gen.

Just looked it up. Can't believe I didn't know about this yet! That's pretty cool! I know lots of hackers want to hack the Wii U, but I'm afraid about how this might affect the Wii U's future.

He makes awesome stuff. I can't think of a single time in which his creations didn't benefit the community immensely. If his stuff is so high-quality, who cares if he's after fame?

He makes most of the stuff he works with himself, so not crediting people or stealing work isn't usually an issue.
