I told you guys, these consoles were just announced, and the consoles are not the problem now, its the policies. So Micrpsoft could change the policies right before releasing the xbox one. Most of these things are subject to change, just like games in E3 |

IKR. But I think Microsoft didnt think that so many people would be mad at them. They probably thought it was gonna be less of a problem. But now I guess they realized the problem.
They could have done a survey though

Kinect will not be always online. You get prompted with an option for the kinect to never send information to anyone. |

The "always online" has now been optional like Dego said. As for the price, remember how the 3DS was too expensive? Well now it has a lower price and it is very successful.

hmm I tried to think positively about the Xbox One for a change and have some thoughts:
I think there's a big difference between PSN and XboxLive. Xbox can offer server infrastructures in all the markets that Microsoft operates in. This can give the Xbox One many opportunities that it can use. Dedicated Servers are something I've heard people have longed for on Consoles. No more host advantages 
This is also important for many small "niche games" I've heard, and they can offer dedicated servers in a way that hasn't been done before. It's been possible to drive a server park around the world, but it's been to costly for small developers. I think this is what Insomnica has understood and therefor they develop Sunset Overdrive for the Xbox one: They see the possibilities that it gives in advance to the creativity, and thus can create something new. Through the arcitecture Xbox Live offers, developers can now focus on developing GAMES, and Microsoft can take care of the server infrastructure. I'll most likely still not buy the Xbox one and won't really care about what I've just said, but it will be interesting to see how the PS4 will cope with this.... but oh wait I just remembered: THE PS4 WILL HAVE MORE POWERFUL HARDWARE AND WILL BE THE CHEAPER PRODUCT (But the Xbox One won't be too shabby either)

The ps4 is slightly more powerful, but the xbox will have more developers developing for it, so games will be ported to ps4 and not perform as well. But it doesnt really matter, these consoles will not be using their full potential until 2016 or something.
Anyway, microsoft and its 300,000 servers is a great idea. But, i still think developers should be hosting these services, just like battlefield, they host servers that people then rent. Its great, and no unfair hosts, just good dedi servers with great connections. In the pc world dedis already existed back when half life was new, around 1996, and before. The consoles just catching up now is really late, and sony isnt even pushing for dedis. But dedis on pc have been lacking in some games nowadays because of developers not wanting to waste resources and money and time to make server infrastructure for their games and just letting players host games just like in consoles. Anyway, we still dont know if those servers are for dedis, it could just be for hosting of updates, game downloads and user info. Lets just hope microsoft makes a stand and doesnt make us pc gamers wait any longer until consoles get to have dedis too, so us pc gamers get games ported to us also have dedis. |

If you cant tell the difference between xbox one and 360, then you cant tell the difference between ps4 and ps3 and the difference between wii u and wii.
Dont worry, you dont offend, i just feel sorry for you that you cant tell the difference and my 3 year old cousin can. |
