http://mynintendonews.com/2013/03/25/miyamoto-an-actual-nintendo-theme-park-is-certainly-a-possibility/
Recently Miyamoto said that a real life Nintendo land may be a future possibility, which is something I've dreamed of since I went through a roller coaster obsession a couple years ago. If this DID happen, what type of rides would you like to see? Something I would love is a Mario Kart themed coaster (Maybe a dual launched racer?) Also, where would it go? Japan? America? The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia? Guess we'll have to find out (or not ) |

Luigi's Mansion; like the Disney Haunted Mansion.
Super Mario Sunshine Water Log Splash Also, it would be an interesting approach if the theme park were to be built in Guyana, Macedonia, or Taiwan. Edit: Since there is a Nintendo World Store, a Nintendo amusment park would definitely not be out of possibility. Also, a real life Pinna Park recreation section would be cool. ____________________ Super Mario LOLand Thanks to kaj for helping to port my Acmlmboard 2.5 layout to Acmlmboard 2.064! |

With real life electric enemies that chase you around, a ferris wheel that spins out of control, and full rotation pirate boats with no seats or restraints! |

LOL. That would only be in you-know-where. You know, that place,
Anyways, if the Wii U and 3DS provide a whole ton of profit, then Nintendo will be able to start work on their theme park. ____________________ Super Mario LOLand Thanks to kaj for helping to port my Acmlmboard 2.5 layout to Acmlmboard 2.064! |

Personally I hope they don't. I mean, it seems like a charming idea but in practice it would only assert Nintendo even further as a kid-oriented company. I hate it when Xbox fanboys smirk when you say Nintendo.... I just want them to succeed and I don't think this would help. Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

I'm all for a theme park. It would be a dream!
BUT they better not build it in the US and nowhere else. If they do that then I'm almost gonna think that Nintendo are discriminating against Europe. Posted by Stygmax it's funny how in a Norwegian Playstation commercial features a Playstation Theme park with kid stands, little big planet racing attractions, PS Move sports attractions and more such stuff. The trailer doesn't even literally show ANYTHING Mature, and the commercial explictly shows kids and old people (no literally. They call the PS3 "Fun for all ages"). Y'know next time I see that commercial I'll record it and when a PS Fanboy calls Nintendo Kiddy, I'll show them the comemrcial and THEN they'll HAVE to shut up! Also I don't think Xbox would be a problem considering Microsoft will most likely stop creating game consoles after they realize that nobody will buy the Xbox 720 ____________________ Former SMG2.5 Advertiser and one-time Level Designer/Artist - So Apparently Norway is rich while Denmark and Sweden are happy. I'm not saying it should NOT be in the US. It should just not JUST be in the US.
It would be nice to have 3 theme parks, one in Europe, one in the USA and one in Japan ____________________ Former SMG2.5 Advertiser and one-time Level Designer/Artist - So Apparently Norway is rich while Denmark and Sweden are happy. The theme park doesn't have to be completely kiddy. It could have really fast rollercoasters and other crazy rollercoasters. Maybe even very scary attractions like, uh, Castlevania. ____________________ Super Mario LOLand Thanks to kaj for helping to port my Acmlmboard 2.5 layout to Acmlmboard 2.064! |

Also, Zelda and Metroid attractions don't necessarily have to be kiddy. I can imagine a Metroid ride being one of those competitive shooters (Men in Black: Alien Attack). Real archery in a Zelda stand would be fun too. Whoever hits the bulls-eye wins a plush Toon Link! ____________________ Super Mario LOLand Thanks to kaj for helping to port my Acmlmboard 2.5 layout to Acmlmboard 2.064! |

The eating area could have Kirby decor, with popular Nintendo game recepies, who wouldn't love to try a Maximum Tomato,or yoshi cookie and wash it all down with some Lon Lon milk. You could get special tokens for certain atrractions, like,Coins for Mario themed stuff,Rupees for Zelda themed stuff, and Kirby coins, for Kirby attractions. It would be soo fun digging for rupees with Mogma Mitts like that one minigame in Skyward Sword.Mario Golf,Mini golf and golf courses, would be cool.Wario could have wierd attractions, like garlic eating contests. |

Wow those are actually some cool ideas. I mean who hasn't dreamt of eating a 1-up, Maximum Tomato, Yoshi Cookie, the various Transformation Mushrooms and maybe Peach's cake (unless the cake is a lie!)
But the prize would have to be REALLY, REALLY amazing if someone'd ever want to participate in a garlic eating contest XD ____________________ Former SMG2.5 Advertiser and one-time Level Designer/Artist - So Apparently Norway is rich while Denmark and Sweden are happy. Garlic ice cream anyone?
Anyway, there should also be things like a Star Fox simulator and a 4D Mario movie. Imagine this: when Bowser's Castle appears in the movie, you can feel the heat... and smell the brimstone (sulfur)! ____________________ Super Mario LOLand Thanks to kaj for helping to port my Acmlmboard 2.5 layout to Acmlmboard 2.064! |

I've always wanted to go up to someone and shove candy star bits in their face and then eat the powerup cupcake they give me. |
