You could make a model of Mario and a Fludd atached, then you could put any shotting enemie behavior into F.L.U.D.D., so we could get it in the game?

Nice! How does the lily pad ride work?

Lily pad follows a set path and the player has to collect the red coins whilst the lily pad keeps moving.

IIRC the water in the lily pad ride kills you if you touch it. Does that still happen?

Not instantly like the original.

@Fiachra you're planning to add Shadow Mario and Bowser Jr?

Almost certainly not, too difficult and would take too long.

and how you'll add the hover fludd?

I have part of the assembly hacking implemented for that, I can't get it yet to match SMS, for example, being able to hover after already jumping or falling.

Is that one of the betas or what?
Either way, it is a ROM link, so you shouldn't really have linked that.

I'm not too concerned, it's the early demo released last year, he's not trying to take credit for it and the link gives a 404 error. The released hack will have safeguards against people trying to change the credits etc. within the ROM anyway.

Yes, it would be sort of hypocritical to be making a hack of and working on an editor for Nintendo's game but then trying to say no one's allowed to edit mine. I just don't want people trying to put their name over it and pass it off as theirs, but I doubt there'd be many stupid enough to try.
