Hm, is the 3rd screenshot the Delfino Airstrip (I wouldn't know, I've never played Super Mario Sunshine :<)? If it is, I'm interested to hear how an actual level would work out there, since if I remember correctly, it's a pretty small area.

I used a custom background in my custom level for my banjo kazooie hack.

but if you mean a mario sunshine one, I don't have any yet. but I will make you one since the backgrounds of mario sunshine uses alot of vertex shading. I will send you the .blend file when I am finished.

Yeah, I understand that, but I couldn't figure out what the goal of the Airstrip hidden level would possibly be. I'm pretty sure that the Pachinko machine will have the same goal as the original game.

Actually, the whole reason that level was hard in the first place is because the physics in the level were altered to unfairly push you around.

It will be much easier in SM64DS, I think.

The original game had a Red Coin mission there. Could just do that.
