That's actually been known since the day the game was released. It even stands on Super Mario Wiki

I hate people who try and be smart and post "easter eggs" that's been known for a long time already and/or stands on other sites and such stuff and claim they "just discovered it" (not talking about you HRE). -_-

I found out for the first time on Youtube. I haven't been on MarioWiki for days to avoid spoilers. Also, people keep in asking about a LM1 beta disc (from E3 2001) and people have emailed Nintendo about LM1 and SMS betas and Nintendo replies saying "It is not available".

well here in Europe the Shrewd Possessor is actually called the Scornful Possessor.

I'll never understand why they bothered to change only that name and not the others, or why they even changed it at all

I don't remember exactly but you could be right. The unused vacuum modes certainly sound interesting. Could there have once been the electricity element?

Today I finally beat the ice monster in Secret Mine! I two-starred it. Now, I am on Treacherous Mansion's second mission.
