The wiki has been updated. The Recent changes page is no longer 404. Some features have been added, too. :)

Oh also, I forgot to mention the addition of the <nobr> tag. This tag basically suppresses newlines within it. It can be used on the wiki as well as on the board.

You mean <nobr>? That's not needed for layouts actually. As I explained in the layout thread, I updated the post parser to handle newlines more intelligently, so that you can put newlines in your HTML without them causing extra space :)

As you surely already noticed, we now have board-wide announcements.

Oh and now every staff member can ban people. Although mods can only apply temporary bans with a maximum duration of 7 days. They also can't ban someone whose power is equal or higher than theirs.

Nah. We had the Latest News forum (which was misnamed Announcements), which was for the blog entries.

I would also post the announcements in the General forum, but perhaps not everyone checks it.

We now have a Java IRC applet.

Don't worry about it throwing a bunch of security warnings, that's normal, it's not a virus or anything. Oh also, one of the warnings is 'block unsigned code?' and you must click No, otherwise the client will fail to load. That warning has been removed. I just self-signed pixx.jar which was unsigned. I hope it'll work everywhere.

The Last posts page has been refactored. Now it can show either posts made within a certain amount of time, or posts you haven't read. It can also show them per thread, or show the posts like Kafuka's last posts page. When showing threads, it also links to the first new post and the last one.

I actually preferred the ProBoards system, displaying the threads most recently posted in. I know this filter also has it, but it needs an extra click. Not much, I know, but it does get annoying because I check it 50 times a day. lol
